The Kappa Phi Building Corporation is raising funds to renovate the Shelter: new flooring, lighting, and finishes throughout, a redesigned multi-purpose room and kitchen, and an updated living room, so the next generation of Epsilon Nu brothers has a home worthy of the chapter's legacy.

The Vision

What We're Building

Multi-Purpose Room

The lower level becomes a true gathering space: a full kitchen, a large video wall for game days and chapter meetings, and long tables that seat the whole chapter for meals, study, and events.

A warmer, updated living room built around a stone fireplace, new flooring, and space for the chapter’s history on the walls.
